SUSAN FORESTER GOODALL
BECAME A PUBLIC FIGURE IN 2007
In order to support the false claim of "V.C." (Victoria Forester Courtland) -- that V.C. was being treated by me for her (non-existing) uterine prolapse in December of 2004 -- in 2007, Mrs. Susan Forester Goodall (Victoria Forester Courtland's sister, "S.G.") voluntarily became the Washington State's witness against me.
At the public trial on 06/04/2007, S.G. disclosed her name to the public as: "Susan Forester Goodall" (See SG-01 below).

TO SUPPORT HER SISTER V.C.
SUSAN F. GOODALL'S STATEMENT
TO SUPPORT HER SISTER V.C.
At the 2007 trial, S.G.'s testimony was contradicted to her sister V.C.'s. For examples, V.C. claimed under oath that in December of 2004 when she was seeing for treating her so-called 'uterine prolapse', she was very weak and vulnerable that she even could not left up her 7-ib baby daughter from a crib that time. But, S.G. said under oath that her sister V.C. was able to give her a "physical support'. (see SG-02 below, line 5).
V.C. (Victoria Forester Courtland) made a false claim that in December of 2004 she's being sexually assaulted by me in her second treatment session for her uterine prolapse. Regarding V.C.'s demeanour after she visited me. Mrs. Susan Goodall (V.C.'s sister) told the Jury that she didn't note anything abnormal about V.C.'s behavior after the so-called three visits in December of 2004 (see "SG-03" below).
NOTE:
V.C.'s siter Susan said that she did NOT notice "anything different, abnormal or unusual" of her sister Victoria Forester Courtland during the 3 visits. in December of 2004. (See lines 8-10 of page 143 above).

SUSAN FORESTER GOODALL
PROVIDED A BASELESS 'ASIAN'
THEORY TO SUPPORT VICTORIA
FORESTER COURTLAND'S FALSE CLAIM
SUSAN FORESTER GOODALL
PROVIDED A BASELESS 'ASIAN'
THEORY TO SUPPORT VICTORIA
FORESTER COURTLAND'S FALSE CLAIM
According to Susan Goodall's above statement, when she was telling her sister Victoria Forester Courtland ("V.C.") about her "Hot Cold Theory", V.C. didn't say anything, and "she was just kind of listened" to Susan Goodall's theory. And V.C. "didn't comment." (see above lines 20-24).
According to V.C.'s statement, the first time she told her sister Susan about the alleged December-2004 event was during the period of April-June, 2005.
On 06/05/2007 at the trial Court, V.C. used her sister Susan Goodall's above-mentioned "Hot theory" to support her false claim that on her second uterine prolapse treatment session in December of 2004, I "quickly inserted" my thumb into her vagina "to bring heat" (see FACT-36 below) .

On 06/04/2007 at the open Court, Susan Forester Goodall claimed that "before Christmas" of 2004, her sister V.C. had told her the story of 2004 (see FACT-38 below).
However, on 06/05/2007 at the open Court, V.C. provided a contrary story that she told her sister Susan Forester Goodall was three months before June of 2005, i.e., not 'before the Christmas' of 2004 as Susan Goodall claimed(see FACT-35 below).
1. When did Victoria Forester Courtland (V.C.) tell her sister about the non-existing story of 2004 sexual assault?
