THE 11/13/2001 "AGREED ORDER" OF
WASHINGTON STATE  HEALTH DEPARTMENT
SIGNED BY ME AND JUDGE ERIC. B. S.  

          During the 07/02/2002 visit, Victoria Forester Courtland told me she found "AGREED ORDER" (see KR-5 below) between the Department of Health (DOH) and me, which had been posted on the DOH's website.  It exposed my victory over K.R. with her two friends false accusation in 1998.  Victoria wanted to add my victory to her future book about my "Acu-vibra Therapy".

​        "Patient A" In above DOH's 11/13/2001 AGREED ORDER is "Kathy P." (aka: "K.R." , or Kathy R.).   On 12/15/2004, after reading the AGREEDD ORDER (see above KR-5 ) on DOH's website, Mrs. Victoria Courtland came over my office to check out the 1998 allegation files.  She paid $48 to purchase the contact information of accuser Kathy ("K.R.").  

         "Patient B" In above DOH's 11/13/2001 AGREED ORDER is "Bonnie Carlson." (aka: "B.C." , or "B.M.").  On 12/17/2004, after reading the AGREEDD ORDER (see above KR-5 ) on DOH's website, Mrs. Victoria Courtland came over my office to check out the 1998 allegation files.  She paid $48 to purchase the contact information of accuser Bonnie ("B.C").

        "Patient C" In above DOH's 11/13/2001 AGREED ORDER is "Cheryl B." (aka: "C.B.." , "C.N.").  On 12/21/2004, after reading the AGREEDD ORDER (see above KR-5 ) on DOH's website, Mrs. Victoria Courtland came over my office to check out the 1998 allegation files.  She paid $48 to purchase the contact information of accuser Cheryl ("C.B.", "C.N.").

ORDER) LOANED $10,000 to C.B. (Patient B)

        During the join-interview by Defense lawyer Scott Engelhard and Prosecutor Heather Jensen  on  02/27/2007, Cheryl B. disclosed the secret that "around 1998" (when K.R. made the her false report to the Department of Health) "Kathy ... actually loaned $10,000" to her.  See KR-12 (Scott Engelhard's 2/28/2007 email to me) below.  Then, Cheryl B. became K.R.'s witness against me.
