        On the evening of July 20, 2025, Charlie Cheng (鄭志愚) sent a Statement of Withdrawal to Preacher Rui Yang and another leader of the organization, stating that he had decided to leave because he could no longer endure the harm caused by Yang. Before legal proceedings were filed against Yang on December 23, 2025, no one else in the organization had seen the contents of the Statement of Withdrawal; only Yang and the other recipient had read it.
Therefore, Yang and the other recipient clearly knew the following two facts:

1. As of the early morning of July 21, 2025, Charlie was no longer a member of the organization; and
2. Yang, as a preacher, had physically acted against Charlie on July 20, 2025, causing him harm.​

        What Charlie has never been able to understand is this: After he was harmed by Yang, why did Yang and the other recipient of the Statement of Withdrawal never show him the love and care that come from Jesus, but instead publicly stigmatize this ordinary, unknown man who deeply loves the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit?

​harlie Cheng（鄭志愚）於2025年7月20日晚，向楊睿傳道及該組織的另一位領導人發出《退會聲明》，表示自己因無法再忍受楊睿傳道帶給他的傷害，決定退出該組織。在2025年12月23日楊睿傳道被告上法院之前，除楊睿及另一名收件人外，該組織內沒有其他人看過這份《退會聲明》的內容。
因此，楊睿和另一名收件人清楚知道以下兩項事實：
（1）自2025年7月21日凌晨起，Charlie已不再是該組織的會員；
