Before the 9/7/2007 sentencing hearing, the trial Judge of the Washington State Superior Court for cause No. 06-1-05678-3 (my case) received dozens of opposing letters supporting of me because 'Mr. Cheng is not guilty' (quoted from defense lawyer Scott J. Engelhard, see below) .
