ON 11/16/2009 IN SEATTLE.

When I was being incarcerated at the Airway Heights Corrections (AHCC) because of the miscarriage of justice, I would receive Sen. Patty Murray's e-invitation dated 10/12/2009 to join a luncheon with Vice President Joe Biden (now the U.S. President) on 11/16/2009 in Seattle (see the screenshot of her 10/12/09 email to me, below).

I, Charlie Y. Cheng, used to be a well-respected healthcare provider before Mrs. KR. (aka: Kathy P. , Kathryn R.) and Mrs. Victoria Forester Courtland's false accusation. On 12/21/2004 I rejected Mrs. Courtland's two requests (she asked me to allow her to publish the 2001 photo - showing she and me were shaking hands in front of my clinic sign - in her future book about me; and to grant her the exclusive right to write my 11/13/2001 victory over K.R.'s 1998 false accusation against me).
On 06/05/2006, Mrs. Courtland called the Seattle Police from the East Coast where she had been living there since 2001, and claimed that in December of 2004 I inserted thumb into her sex organ to treat her (non-existing) 'uterine prolapse'. (Seattle Police Detective Donna Stangeland declared, "She told me that she had not been diagnosed with uterine prolapse at the time she saw him ."). After I had been sentenced for an alleged sex crime I didn't commit, in order to get a $12,320.00 restitution to cover up her 'child care,' 'travel expense' and to treat her 3-years-old daughter's bad habit of biting nails, Victoria Forester Courtland disclosed the secret that she had met K.R. and encouraged her "to come forward again" against me.

Before the 9/7/2007 sentencing hearing, the trial Judge of the Washington State Superior Court for cause No. 06-1-05678-3 (my case) received dozens of opposing letters supporting of me because 'Mr. Cheng is not guilty' (quoted from defense lawyer Scott J. Engelhard, see below) .

According to the 06/05/2007 public statement of Mrs. Victoria Courtland (AKA: "V.C.", Victoria Forester Courtland, Victoria Forester) , I was "a healing force" in her life. See FACT-27 below.

Victoria F. Courtland said that I "had been a trust provider" of her "for seven years" (see FACT-28 below).

Mrs. Victoria Courtland told the jury that I "was a very effective practitioner." (infra)

       On 09/09/2008, a year later after I being wrongfully convicted for the non-existing sex crime , Ms. Nussbaum, one of super appellate lawyers, wrote me:
"You are an innocent man wrongfully caught up in the craziness and deceipt of these two women through no doing of your own ...  the trial judge made errors in your trial." （see FACT-52 below)

THE TRIAL JUDGE RECEIVED DOZENS
OF LETTERS IN SUPPORTING OF ME

In 2006, after I was wrongfully convicted for a non-existing so-called sex crime, Washington State Superior Court Judge Nicole MacInnes received 30+ letters from American society opposed the injustice.
On 09/07/2007 at the sentencing hearing, she said, "I did receive many, many letters from people who obviously feel very strongly about him. Not only personally but professioally, and all of that I'm sure is true." (See FACT-26 below)

Janean Wj: "Charlie is a true gentleman and scholar." "His treatments were performed fully clothed ... I have referred may clients to Cheng throughout the years and have received excellent feedback regarding his treatment and care. ... He never told off-color jokes, gestured, or indicated any manner of body language indicative of physical seduction or desire. " (see below)

Larry & Chris Liu: "I and my wife ... have had hte privilege to get know Charlie Cheng as a friend. He is a man of honest ..."" We observe over the years, we have found Mr. Cheng to be a man of honest ...," "We observe over the years, we have found Mr. Cheng to be a man with devotes to his family, love his church, and cares about others." Christine E.D.: "At no time during my visits did Dr. Cheng do anything improper. He never made sexual advances, touched me in inappropriate places, made suggestive remarks, or hinted at any kind of impropriety. I would never have continued to see him if I had sensed any ulterior motivatgions of any kind. ... Dr. Cheng is a highly professional, ... yet caring health provider." (see below)

 Bonnie F. : "I received between 75 or 100 more treatment sessions AlONE with Mr. Cheng in his office over ten years," "and was never asked to remove any clothing or was never made to feel uncomfortable any way and especially not in any sexual way ever."

Angela C. wrote: "Over the last 15 years ... Dr. Cheng was always professional, he never said acted or touched inappropriately. ... His professional was always shown throughout each and every appointment." (see below)

Kerri F.: "I saw Dr. Cheng over 20 times for treatment. There was NEVER a time during my treatment visits with Dr. Cheng that I felt at all uncomfortable, threatened, or even hesistant in seeing him. ... I was never naked and there was NEVER any inappropriate touch or talk that transpired during any visit ... He was a very nice, polite, sweet person and treated me with utmost professional." Louise A. F. wrote: "I referred to Mr. Cheng (several dozen, at the very least) wee predominantly females of all ages, as I am the managing director a ballet school. ... None of these people have ever expressed to me anything but praised for Mr. Cheng's help." "Not at any time, did I feel at all uncomfortable during my treatments, and I always choose to wear an exam gown. He was always, very professional, caring and compassionate, never ever inappropriate. ..." (see below)

Carol H. wrote: "I went to Charlie Cheng several time a month for over twelve years for acupressure treatments relating to uppen back spasms. I found him to be totally professional on every one of my visits over the many years. When my husband began having back pain, I recommended that he see Charlie Cheng." "Charlie Cheng is a very positive, upbeat person. ... I am proud to say I know him and that he is my friend." (see below)

Ms. Rachel S. wrote: "I was his patient in 2001, ... as a female patient. I was treated in the hip and thigh area by Mr. Cheng several times for sciatica. ... I was always clothed, and I was never touched inappropriately. He conducted each of our sessions professionally and respectfully."

Sharon J. Mac. wrote: "I have been a patient of Dr. Charlie Cheng's for approximately 10 years. During which time I have only known him to be very professional. I never experienced anything whatsoever inappropriate at any time. ... He has a pleasant demeanor and was always courteous and kind. ... I have found no other of ANY kind to be as effective as his was for me." (see below)

4. Mr. Cheng is "a man of the best character and would never jeopardize his desire to help heal people."

5. Mr. Cheng is "a very caring person" who treated his patient "with the utmost respect."

6. "If Dr. Cheng were still in practice I would continue to unreservedly refor people to him."

10. Even the State's witness, Bonnie Carlson, was appreciated with Mr. Cheng's professional service (infra).

11. Mr. Cheng's Muscle-Rehab ("Acu-vibra" technique) does not allow the client to take clothes off.

13. No one complain of Mr. Cheng because they felt safe with his professionalism.

Mr. Cheng is the founder of well-known ACUVIBRA THERAPY, an advanced massage therapy that requests clients remain full dressed during the treatment sessions see infra Christine D.' 8/29/2007 email to Judge Nicole MacInnes).

Charlie Y. Cheng is also an author of couple health-related BOOKS
Mr. Cheng was the publisher of Asia America Business Journal, Asia America Journal, a complimentary papers for the Chinese community.

Mr. Cheng also was the publisher of the Chinese Yellow Pages, a famous Chinese-English community phone book that was endorsed by U. S. Senator Patty Murray and Gov. Mike Lowrry in 1994.
Mr. Cheng is the author of "FORGIVENESS: An Innocent Prisoner's Testimony," published in 2017 (see below).

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Victoria Forester Courtland, the accuser and the state witness against me, disclosed her name to the public in the open court on June 4th, 2007 (see section Victoria Forester Courtland). Thus, she's a "limited purpose" PUBLIC FIGURE on the basis that she "thrust themselves (herself) to the forefront of particular public controversies in order to influence the resolution of the issues involved." 18. The next day, on 6/5/2007, The Woman told the jury that Mr. Cheng "is like a healing force" in her life.
