On 9/7/2007 at the sentence court, V.C. disclosed the secret that she actually known the State's witness K.R. -- V.C. declared publicly, "I met previous victims to come forward again" (citing page 7 of court's 09/07/2007 transcript. NOTE: It was contracted to what V.C. testified at the 6/5/2007 court, where V.C. denied this crucial fact under oath that she was knowing K.R. At the 2007 public trial, Dr. Courtland (Victoria Forester) presented to the Jury a non-existing 'fact' under oath that she's being sexually assaulted by me during the 'second treatment session' in December of 2004 for her uterine prolapse.
In order to convince the Jury to believe the story, Dr. Courtland told the Jury that she had talked with an acupuncturist, PRISCILLA XU (see Part B of Court transcript below). It was contrary to her pre-trial interview, in which she said the acupuncturist was 'KIMBERLY HUGHES.' (see Part A of Court transcript below).
Notably, neither 'Kimberly Hughes' nor 'Priscilla Xu' had submitted affidavit to support Dr. Courtland's claims.
