On 12/9/1998, Victoria Forester ("V.C.") was referred to me by Mitch for an injury. That time her name was not Victoria Forester Courtland but "Victoria Forester" (see below).

V.C. wanted to write my story of Acuvibra therapy which she had been benefited for her injury, and the story that I won over K.R.'s 1998 false allegations. She told me she was a writer.

In order to support Victoria Forester Courtland's claim that she had talked to Karen O'C (V.C.'s friend) about what I did to her in 2004 visit, Karen O.C was being subpoenaed by the Court (see FACT-12 below), but Karen didn't appear at the trial to back up V.C.'s baseless claim against me.

In 2000, she drove from her graduate school in Bellingham, 79.45 miles north of Seattle, to my clinic asking me to have pictures taken with her (see below). I was told that she would use it for her future book about me.

Notably, V.C.'s above declaration being contradicted to her prior statement made at the Washington State Superior Court under oath, 6/5/2007 (see Fig. 173 at page 159 of the FORGIVENESS, below).
